You’ll be sent a Zoom link with information on how to join the meeting and we’ll chat through email about what you can prepare before the lesson to get the most out of your time together.
Terms and Conditions of Private Lessons with Big Universe Music
We appreciate your business here at Big Universe Music and value you as a client and student of music. We've instituted a few policies to ensure the success of your lessons, and to respect the time and commitment of our dedicated teaching staff.
Lessons meet at the same scheduled time every week through Zoom. You’ll be provided a Zoom link that will work for every meeting of the session.
For planned absences, please give written notice before the first of each month.
Should a student need to reschedule a lesson time, please provide a written notice at least 48 hours in advance to receive a makeup credit.
No refunds or makeup credits are offered for "no-show" lessons. A student is considered a "no-show" if they have not logged into class 10 minutes after the start time. If you expect to be late to your class, please write admin staff to let them know.
Should a teacher need to missed a scheduled class for any reason, planned or last minute, students will always receive a makeup credit.
Students are responsible for having all technology in working order before lessons. No refunds or makeup credits are offered for classes missed due to technology issues. Please reach out before your class if you need assistance with getting your Zoom set up and we're happy to assist!
